Mr. Travis Watts, Confederate veteran, aged 88 years, died Saturday afternoon at his home at Allenton of the infirmities of old age. Deceased is survived by several children. Funeral services were conducted at the grave yesterday at 3:30 p.m. by Mr. E. B. Freeman and interment was made in Meadowbrook cemetery.
