Rosina Caroline (Lubben) Ritter was born March 5, 1920 to John and Eva (Wendt) Lubben in LeMars, Iowa. After graduation from high school, Rosina worked at the bank in LeMars and then for several years at the law offices of Roseberry and Pitts.
