Agnes Therese Krapfl, 97, of 198 Home Road, Juneau, Wis., formerly of LeRoy, Wis., died on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2006, at Clearview Nursing Home in Juneau, Wis.
She was born on Nov. 26, 1908, in LeRoy, Wis., the daughter of Michael and Mary Ann Schraufnagel Feucht.
On June 3, 1930, she was married to Peter L. Krapfl at LeRoy, Wis.
She was a 1927 graduate of St. Catherine High School in Racine.
Together with her husband, she ran Krapfl’s Tavern in Leroy, Wis., and later was employed at Hope Nursing Home in Lomira, Wis.
She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic
Church, LeRoy, Wis., the Christian Mothers and St. Andrew Choir. Agnes was a loving and caring person with a sharp wit. She will be deeply missed by all.
Survivors include a daughter, Diane (Daniel) Gremminger of Mayville, Wis.; one son-in-law, Roger Gassner of Arizona; one daughter-in-law, Kathleen Krapfl of Fond du Lac; her sisters and brothers, Albert (Alieta) Feucht of West Bend, Wis., Elizabeth (Norman) Sabel of LeRoy, Wis., Marie Sabel of fond du Lac and Henry Feucht of Milwaukee, Wis., nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceding her in death wee her parents, her husband in 1967; two daughters, Elaine and Marilyn; one son, Leon; and a son-in-law, Dick.
Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006, at St. Andrew Catholic Church, LeRoy. The Rev. Tom Biersack will officiate, and burial will be at St. Andrew
Cemetery, LeRoy, Wis.
Visitation: Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006 at the church.
