Graveside services for Lydia Wood, 90, of Medford will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 22, at Sunset Memorial Park, 63060 Millington Frontage Road in Coos Bay.
Lydia was born June 18, 1919, to Henry and Anna Bernhart Kerbs in Nisland, S.D., and raised on several farms in Southern Idaho with her 10 brothers and sisters. Lydia died May 12, 2010, in Medford.
Lydia married C.H. "Pat" Wood on Nov.19, 1938, in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
She is survived by a sister, Mary Bischoff of Idaho Falls, Idaho; son, Richard and Gail Wood of Toledo; grandchildren, Kristi and Stan Solmonson, Terri Ross and Mike Wood of Medford, Jeff Wood of Alaska and Raymond Wood of Renton, Wash.; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lydia was preceded in death by her husband, her son Pat A. Wood; and nine siblings.
