Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Tulette Bilbray Carrier; one son, William J. Carrier and wife, Dolly, of Houma; one daughter, Bobbie Tulette Aucoin and husband, Roger, of Angie; one brother, Elliot Carrier of Shreveport; three sisters, Berta Lee Warner, Joyce Green and Hazel Fowler of Shreveport; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Carrier Sr. and Bertha Budden Carrier; one grandson, William Carrier; one brother; Merrick Carrier; and two sisters, Maude Fussell and Betty Carrier.
He was a retired manager of Texas Gulf Producing Co. and worked at Great Southern Oil Tools.
He was a parishioner of Mulberry Baptist Church. "
