Mr. Hoffmann was born Jan. 18, 1875, in the town of Russell, Sheboygan county, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Hoffmann, following the occupation of farming all his life.
He was married to Anna Klotz of St. John in June, 1906, and she passed away in 1928.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Arno Woelfel of New Holstein, Mrs. Joseph Turba of St Anna and Mrs. Herbert Schroeder of Kirkland, Wash.; two sons, Elmer of Seattle,. Wash., and Leandor of St. Anna; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Kochener of Thorpe and Mrs. Joseph Rietz of Fredonia.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 a. m. at the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral home in New Holstein, and at 10 o'clock at St. Ann's Catholic church, the Rev. Clement Kern officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from Wednesday evening until the time of
the services.
