JULIA BARTH, nee Richter, age 86, formerly of R 5 West Bend passed away Wednesday, Feb. 5 at Hilltop Rest Home in Slinger after a short illness.

She was born Oct. 21, 1888 in West Bend and was married to Walter Barth in Chicago June 17, 1913. She was a West Bend area resident all her life. Mr. Richter passed away July 9, 1959.

Those who survive her are Mrs. Mildred Rosenthal, West Bend; Ruth (Jerry) Richter, West Bend; Meta (Eric) Schumacher, West Bend; sisters Mrs. Minnie Ryan, Chicago, Mrs. Dorothy Althaus, West Bend, Clara (Harvey) Graff, West Bend; a brother, Otto Richter, West Bend. Other survivors include two grandsons, Richard Rosenthal and Robert Schumacher and one great grandchild, Amy Rosenthal; other nieces nephews, relatives and friends.

She was a member of the St. John’s Ladies aid Society.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. John’s Lutheran Church, West Bend.

Visitation at the Techtman-Myrhum funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St. , West Bend, after 4 p.m. Friday until 11:30 a.m. Saturday and at the Church from noon until the time of service.

Interment Union Cemetery, West Bend, Rev. George Mumm will have the service.
