Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 30, at Frick Funeral Home in Durant. Burial will be in the Durant Cemetery, Durant, Iowa.
Harry Willie Lilienthal was born September 2, 1897, in Cedar County, the son of Henry and Anna (Grafing) Lilienthal. He married Edna Gollnitz on February 4, 1922, in Davenport. Together they farmed, until retiring in 1957, and moved to Durant. Edna preceded him in death on August 21, 1965.
Survivors are four daughters, Bernice (Christ) Freese of Lowden, Lois (Dale) Burmeister of Muscatine, Marian Lilienthal of Davenport and Elaine (LaMoyne) Sorgenfrey of Durant; three sons, Eldon (Lois) Lilienthal of Tipton, Earl (Eleanor) Lilienthal of New Liberty and Kenneth Lilienthal of Durant; 18 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three sisters, Meta (Elmer) Otto, Alice (Ralph) Sievers of New Liberty and Stella (Carl) Ploen of Wilton; and six brothers, Albert (Elsie) Lilienthal, Raymond (Evelyn) Lilienthal, Alvin (Dorothy) Lilienthal, and Allen (Erna) Lilienthal, all of Durant, Arthur (Erma) Lilienthal of Bennett and Lawrence (Beatrice) Lilienthal of Wilton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife.
