Mrs. Hazel Wyble, 68, of 2619 Second Ave., Groves, died at 7:45 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Hospital following a short illness. She was a native of Palmetto, La., and had been a resident of Port Arthur for 50 years. She was Methodist.
Mrs. Wyble is survived by three sons, Clifford Wyble, Kountze, Donald (Butch) Wyble, Port Arthur, Glen (Sugar) Wyble, Nederland; one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Williams, Groves; one brother, Murphy Carrier, Bossier City, La.; three sisters, Mrs. Alberta Foreman, Palmetto, Mrs. Irene Soileau, Palmetto, Mrs. Lillian Ayres, Groves; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be announced by Clayton-Thompson Funeral Home, 2105 Procter, 985-4408.
