Dies Of Pneumonia

Campbell Boulevard Woman Was
Hurt In Auto Accident On
Christmas Day.

The funeral of Mrs. Barbara Killian
Moje, 72, wife of Henry L. Moje,
who died Saturday afternoon in her
home, Campbell Boulevard, Town of
Pendleton, after an Illness of four
days with pneumonia, will be held
tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock in
the home and at 2:30 o'clock in St.
Pauls church, Wendelville. Burial
will be in Shawnee cemetery.
Relatives said Mrs. Moje was
was shaken up and bruised when
an automobile operated by her husband
figured in a collision with a
Buffalo milk truck on the Campbell
Boulevard on Christmas morning.
While her injuries were not con-
sidered serious, she had not been
feeling well since the accident. Tues-
day she was taken ill with pneu-
monia.
Born in the town of Pendleton,
Mrs. Moje lived there all her life
except for a few years spent in North
Tonawanda. She continued to visit
frequently in North Tonawanda
where she was a member of the
sewing circle of Friedens Evangelical
church.
Besides her husband, she leaves
one son, Wallace, at home; three
sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Wendel, Mrs.
Minnie Becker, and Mrs. Anna Moll,
North Tonawanda and two brothers,
Philip Killian, Grand Island and
Fred Killian, North Tonawanda

Mrs. Barbara Moje, nee Killian,
wife of Henry Moje, died at her
home in the town of Pendleton
Saturday morning after a short
illness. She leaves her husband,
one son, Wallace at home, five
grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs.
Elizabeth Wendel, Mrs. Minnie
Becker, Mrs. Anna Moll of North
Tonawanda; two brothers, Peter
Killian of Grand Island, Fred Killian
of North Tonawanda. Funeral
services will be held Tuesday
afternoon at 2 o'clock from her
late home and 2:30 from St. Paul's
church, Wendelville of which she
was a member.

LOCKPORT. . Sept 21.-Supreme
Court Justice Samuel J. Harris, of
Buffalo, today took over the September
term of court here to give Justice
James E Norton, of Warsaw, an opportunity
to preside in the new courthouse
in his home town.
Trial was started today in an action
brought by Henry J. Moje. of
the Town of Pendleton, against Charles
H. Coley. proprietor of the Colcy
dairy in Buffalo, and F. W. Hill, of
Waterport, to collect $15,400 negligence
damages for the death of his
wife. Barbara Moje. as the result of
an auto accident. Mr Mojo and his
wife were riding in a car on the
Campbell boulevard last Christmas
when it is alleged a truck, belonging
to the Coley dairy and driven by
Hill, hit the Moje car and forced it
into the ditch. Mrs Moje was severely
bruised and injured and died after
pneumonia developed.
