She is survived by two children: Janis Ann Bowers (husband, Keith), of Aurora, CO; Marvin J Valish (wife, Aurora), of Chevy Chase, MD; three granddaughters, eight great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Irene Gobler, Columbus, NE. Emma was also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Emma was a member of the Belle Rebekah Lodge #303, in Omaha, NE.
