10/21/1924- The Norman Transcript:
Funeral services were held Monday morning for Leopold Ille, pioneer citizen of Lexington, who died Sunday. The services were held at the Catholic church.
Ille's health has been failing for a year, and he was near death several months ago from an attack of pneumonia, but recovered sufficiently to attend to his business until recently. Ille, and his sons, have conducted the soda pop factory and ice house for several years, and in addition, a lumber yard for the last year.
The widow and 3 sons survive, all of whom live in Lexington.
Out of town friends who attended the funeral services included Mr & Mrs Pete Herman of Ft Worth and Mr & Mrs Charles Anhalt of Norman.
