The Knight family in this country orignated with Giles Knight & Mary English. They came in 1682 on the ship "Society of Bristol" with William Penn. They went on to the Byberry MM in Phildelphia, PA. Down the tree a ways, Cleo had a Grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Wallace who married Daniel Cain Knight. Her family has been traced back to Mary Tudor, sister of Henry VIII. Mary had been married to the King of France but had no children when he died so she was allowed to marry again. Cleo would have been really tickled with this, he had such a good sence of hunor.

Linda Morris, his cousin.
