Hilda was a dear dear person who married Cleo James Knight, son of Franklin Miller Knight and Katherine May Koch on 30 June 1951 in a church wedding at St. Malachy's Catholic Church.
She was a first generation born in the United States and her parent were Henry Dwerkotte and Regina Kamphaus. She told many stories of her parents struggle when they arrived here. She had two sisters, Elizabeth (Studer), Ceclia (Oppedal) and three brothers, Paul,Frances and Henry Dwerlkotte, all who proceded her.
