I have a copy of the Final Decree for John's estate. He died without a will, he was unmarried, and was a resident of Platte County, Nebraska.
Two of John's siblings survived him. His sister Katarzyna BRUDNY was living in Snynwold (sic) - probably Szynwald - Woj Krakow, Tarnow Poland. His brother Andrew TRAGARZ was living at 27th Avenue & 10th Street in Columbus, Nebraska.
Also named in the decree were three siblings who predeceased John and their children (John's nieces and nephews): Marie CHRUPEK, Joseph TRAGARZ and Thomas TRAGARZ. Marie had three children: Jozef CHRUPEK, Agnieszka CHRUPEK and Anne MAZUR, all living in Poland. Joseph had eight children: Zofia KAMYKOWSKA, Monica STAWARZ, Joseph TRAGARZ, Kazimierz TRAGARZ, Marie KUSEK, Agnieszka BARNAS, Stanislaw TRAGARZ and Genowefa TRAGARZ, all living in Poland. Thomas had 10 children: Stefania BOROWSKA, Anna TRAGARZ, Suzanna KLECZKOWSKA, Julian TRAGARZ, Joseph TRAGARZ, Marian POZDAEACH (sic), Genowefa NISTERKA, Rozalia WOZNIAK, Teresa HALBUT and Zofia PIENTON, all living in Poland.
