Mike Hagman was born in 1920 to Harry Hagman and Martha Ludtke in Howell Michigan. He attended Howell Public School and was loved by all. He married Ruby Dennis on May 16, 1947 in Lansing Michigan. Mike was always helping the community in many ways and helped organize events from the beautiful parades to the beautification project. Howell was made a better place to live because of his work.
