Funeral services for Bobby Ray Hewitt, 15, who was killed Tuesday morning in a truck crash, will be held at the Valley View Mennonite Church Thursday at 2 p.m. conducted by the Rev. Paul Barnhart, the Rev. Paul Wenger and the Rev. Silas Brydge. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The body will remain at McDow-Tyree Funeral Home until 1 p.m. Thursday when it will be placed in the church.
Honorary pallbearers will be Irvin Hewitt, Harold Cox, Roger Moran, Ronnie Hewitt, Manuel Hewitt Jr., and John A. Loan.
Active pallbearers will be Bobby Cox, Wilbur Hewitt, Roger Truslow, Elwood Hewitt, Junior Gray and Jonas Kanagy.
The son of Dubert and Aileen Brown Hewitt, both of Lyndhurst, he is survived by three sisters, Betty Hewitt, Violet Hewitt and Wanda Sue Hewitt, all of Lyndhurst; three brothers, Richar Hewitt of Dooms, Jimmy Hewitt and Roy Lee Hewitt, both of Lyndhurst.
