Ruby Tindall Harrison

Ruby Tindall Harrison, 88, died Nov. 25, 2007, at North Mississippi Medical Center Long Term Care Unit in Eupora.

She was born Aug. 19, 1919, to the late Letson and Minnie Sparkman Tindall. Mrs. Harrison was a homemaker and enjoyed caring for her home, flowers and pets, and being a part of her church family.

Survivors include three children, Ann Harrison of Phoenix, Ariz., Gail Welch and husband, Pat, of Laurel, and Dale Harrison and wife, Brenda, of Baldwyn; five grandchildren, Margaret Liggett and husband, Mike, Patrick Welch and wife, Brandy, Kelly Henley and husband, Jason, Nathan Harrison and Kayla Harrison; four great-grandchildren, Tori Liggett, Jessie Liggett, Hayden Henley and Piper Henley; and a sister-in-law Valera Tindall.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Beo Russell, Willie Stewart, Jewel Harrison, Lula V. Porter, H.B. Tindall, Howard Tindall and Leo Tindall.

Services were Nov. 27 at Fellowship Baptist Church with the Revs. Jimmy Latham and Willy Weddle officiating. Burial was in North Union Cemetery.

Pallbearers were James Evans, Jack Knight, Thomas Earl Latham, Rufus Marter, Joe James Miles and David Yarbrough.

Honorary pallbearers were Joe Carroll Evans, Cloyce Nail and Robert Perry Sprayberry.

Wise Funeral Home of Eupora was in charge of arrangements.
