Pauline was born in Alexanderof, Russia on Mar 3, 1909 to John Starck (1883-1976) and Mollie Mueller Starck (1885-1978).

Her family immigrated to America in 1909 when Pauline was just an infant. They lived first in Minot, South Dakota, and in 1920 moved to Berthoud, Colo.

On Jan. 16, 1927, she married John Weitzel in Berthoud and they had three children -two daughters and a son.

She was a seamstress making draperies for many years. She was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fort Collins. She loved her family and enjoyed knitting, crocheting and tatting.

Pauline died in the Life Care Center in Longmont. Memorial services were held at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Fort Collins. She was creamated and Burial at Greenlawn Cemetery, Berthoud.

She was survived by her son Wilson Weitzel, Minn.; daughter Virginia Jones (Melvin), Longmont; a brother; three sisters; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Florence Gettman; a great-grandson, Christopher Walker; five brothers; and five sisters.
