The son of the late Hugo and Alma Siems Kulka, he was born July 23, 1914, in Hanover, Germany. Dr. Kulka had staff privileges at Horton Memorial Hospital. He was a member of the New York State and Orange County Medical Societies, and a member of the American Medical Association. Dr. Kulka was also a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Middletown.
Survivors include his wife, Gabrielle Ramstein Kulka, at home; a daughter, Susan Kulka of Middletown; a son, Peter Kulka of Clifton Park; a sister, Dr. Rhea Lust of Munich, West Germany; and nephews.
There will be no visitation.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Horton Hospital Coronary Care Fund.
