Barbara Egli, daughter of Joseph and Mary Egli, passed away suddenly of a heart attack on April 14, 1958 aged 67 yrs, 5 months and 14 days.
At age 18 she came with her parents to Manson, Iowa and resided there the remainder of her life. Surviving are two brothers and two sisters, Miss Mollie Egli and Joel Egli of Manson, Miss Lavina Greiser of Conneaut Lake, PA and Dan Egli of Hopedale, IL.; one half brother, C.B. Egli, Manson, three half sisters, Mrs. Emma Fleenor, Lowell, IN, Mrs. Lydia Miller, Middlebury, IN, Mrs. Lena Miller, Conneautville, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister. She became a member of the Mennonite church in early life and was a faithful and active Christian worker. Funeral services were held at the Manson church on April 17, 1958. In charge were Nick Stoltzfus and Edward Birkey. Interment was at the Rose Hill Cemetery, Manson.
