WOODVILLE - Services for Charlie Cage Jr., 61, of Woodville, who died Sunday, March 20, 2005, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pleasant Green Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Andrews officiating.
Burial will follow in Cedar Rest No. 2 Cemetery in Woodville under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Cage was born Nov. 29, 1943, in Wilkinson County, the son of Charlie Cage Sr. and Elna Henyard.
He was a truck driver.
Mr. Cage was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
Survivors include four sons, Ladarius and Charlie IV Cage, both of Woodville, Quincy Cage and Iran Cage, both of Kenner, La.; two daughters, Penny Cage Harrison and her husband, Cardell of Woodville and Kizzie Cage of Kenner, La.; stepdaughter, Sholanda Mason of Kenner; stepson, LaCalvin Cage of Woodville; two brothers, Milton Gaines and his wife, Marie of Los Angeles, Calif. and Edward Cage and his wife, Marie of Woodville; one sister, Carolyn Cage Miles of Woodville; one aunt-in-law, Nell Gray of Baton Rouge, La.; 14 grandchildren and two step grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
