Hosmer-Christina Stoecker, 85, Hosmer, died Thursday, October 21, 1976 at the Ipswich Community Hospital. Services will be at 2 P.M. Sunday in St. John's Lutheran Church, Hosmer, with the Rev. Duane Neugebauer officiating. Burial will be in the Bethany Cemetery at Hosmer. Mrs. Stoecker was born August 10, 1891 near Hillsview. She married Fred Stoecker Jr. on November 27, 1913. The couple farmed northeast of Hosmer until 1953 when they retired and moved to Hosmer. Mr. Stoecker died in 1967. Survivors include two sons, Harold Stocker, Hosmer and Edwin Stocker, Leola; two brothers, Emanuel Lehr, Roscoe and Henry Lehr, Bremerton, Washington; one sister, Mrs. Adam (Paulina) Gramm, Hosmer and one grandson. Mrs. Stoecker was preceded in death by her husband and four brothers.
