Marcel was born 22 Nov 1912 in Everett, Snohomish, Washington to Johnnie P. Walker and Armita Harrison. He married Edith Vivian Totten on 25 Nov 1935 in Tacoma, Pierce, Washington. They had three children. They were later divorced and he married Eleanora Ann Tunning. He died 12 Feb 2008 in Vancouver, Clark, Washington. He was inurned 7 Mar 2008 in Desert Lawn Memorial Park.

Marcel retired early and he and his wife, Eleanora traveled the states for many years. He loved life and stayed active with fishing, golf and bowling. He is survived by seven children; 33 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. Marcel was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Eleanora. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 7, at 2:00 p.m. at the Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Kenniwick, WA 509-783-3181.
