KENEDY -- Funeral services for Theresa D. Buch, 78, of Kenedy, who died Wednesday, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Eckols Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert L. Wimpee officiating.

Burial will follow in Kenedy Cemetery.

A resident of Kenedy since 1972, she was born Nov. 22, 1910, in Bell County. She married Thomas L. Christian and was a member of the Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Mettie Dell Makowski of Luling and Ila Raye Shaw of Kenedy; two step-daughters, Neva Key of Clovis, Calif. and Faye Powell of Neosho, Mo.; two sons, Harold W. Christian of Fort Worth and Raymond W. Christian of Ackerly; a step-son, John M. Christian of Elkland, Mo.; a brother, Thomas H. Sikes of Blanco several step and half brothers and sisters; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, T.L. Christian and Elbert Christian; a step-daughter, Alta Geers; a step-son, Thomas Christian; a sister; and a granddaughter.
