Mrs. Esther R. Bischoff, 78, died Saturday at Burr Oak Manor. She resided at 200 1st Ave. NE. Surviving are two sons, Ted Bischoff, Tolleson, Ariz., Ernest Jr. Bischoff, Austin; four daughters, Mrs. Charles (Carman) Duffing, Red Wing, Minn., Elsie Babcock, Colfax, Wis., Mrs. Virgil (Rosemary) Lewis, Mrs. Warner (Lois) Haney, Austin; 27 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Carl Lang, Mason City; three sisters, Mrs. LaVonne Duclos, Mrs. Lou Stark, Mrs. Frieda Block, Austin. Funeral services will be held Tuesday.
