Benjamin Miles was first married to Prudence Jones on Sept. 21, 1841.Prudence departed this life on Jan. 25,1856.Three children were born to them,Isaac N.,Laban J.,and Laura E. who married H.J. Minthorn of Newburg,Oregon.
His second marriage was to Elizabeth R. Bean on Jan. 14, 1858.Two children were born to them,Mary E. Miles and Benjamin C. Miles.
