They had four daughters. who all survived him: Rita Schaeffer; Mrs. Catherine McMullen of St. Marys; Mrs. Genevieve Bierberly of Syracuse, Kansas; and Mrs. Vivian Wurtz of Paxico. His wife also survived him, and lived in St. Marys, Kansas at the time of her husband's death.
