Blanchard, nee Hoerger, age 86, beloved wife of the late Russell; loving mother of Bruce (Nancy), Allen and Carol (James) Feltes; cherished grandmother of Kathy, Wendy, Russell, Janelle and James and great-grandmother of five. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at Yurs-Wittenberg Funeral Home, 1771 W. State St. (Rt.38), Geneva, IL. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Wilmington, IL.
