Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Laubhan, 97, were held yesterday in Faith United Church of Christ. Interment was in Lakeview cemetery.

Mrs. Laubhan died Sunday morning (? date) at the Weld County nursing home where she had lived for the past 2½ yrs.

Born Aug. 29, 1872 in Denhoff, Russia, she was married there to Fred Hankle. They came to the U.S. in 1911, settling in the Windsor area. They later moved to Idaho and lived there for about 11 years, and then returned to Windsor.

Hankle died in 1933. In 1935 she married Carl Laubhan, who died in 1952. Mrs. Laubhan was a charter member of Faith United Church of Christ.

She is survived by three sons: Bill Hankle of Windsor; Henry Hankle of Ft. Collins; and Fred Hankle of Moore, NE; two daughters: Mrs. Henry (Eva) Jacoby of Windsor and Mrs. Dave (Lizzie) Brunner of Greeley; 2 step-daughters; 16 grandchildren; 44 gt. grandchildren; and 6 gt. gt. grandchildren.
