Dorothy Printz, 87, Greeley, died Thursday, Dec. 17 [1992] at Fairacres Manor. She was born April 28, 1905, in Hoffental, Russia, to Carl and Maria Katrina (Naibauer) Brethauer. On Dec. 27, 1922, she married Henry Printz in Greeley. He died Feb. 12, 1992.
Dorothy came to the USA from Russia in 1908 with her family and settled in the Greeley area. She was a homemaker devoted to raising her family and helping her husband with their farming in the La Salle and Kersey areas. She was a member of the Pillar of Fire Church.
Survivors are 4 sons; a brother, Fred C Brethauer of Greeley; 21 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Five sons, 3 sisters and 4 brothers are deceased.
