Lucia went to Dana Hall, Wellesley, MA, as did both of her sisters, and attended a post-graduate year at that school. When she returned home to Montclair, she took dancing lessons and became an instructor. She and her husband resided in Essex Fells, Essex County, NJ. Lucia died in 1967 and was buried at Mount Hebron Cemetery, Montclair, NJ. Her husband died in January, 1975. They adopted two children during the 1930's.
