Helen Johnson Hileman, 85, of Chattanooga, Tenn., and a native of Bettendorf, died Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at a local hospital.
Graveside services are 10 a.m. Friday at National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. The family will receive friends from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Friday at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf. Those wishing to attend the service should meet at the funeral home by 9:45 a.m. Memorials go to the American Heart Association.
She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Bettendorf, where she was active in the Ladies Auxillary.
She is survived by a daughter, Nancy J. Saunders, Rowlett, Texas; a son, Calvin Hileman Jr.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Hileman Sr., in 1975.
