Grace Armand Resident of So. San Francisco This is my personal public statement about a woman that I've known and loved for many years, my wife Grace. Grace Busterna Armand passed away on March 24, 2010 after a three year battle against cancer. Grace was loved and cherished by family and friends whom she has known for many of her eighty (80) years. She was born in San Francisco to Dr. Leonard Busterna and Margaret Monahan Busterna on January 29, 1930. Left behind is her husband Alfred Scaccalosi Armand whom she married fifty eight (58) years ago and her three children, Karen Michele Armand, Leslie Anne Cesarz and Kenneth Alfred Armand. Her three grandchildren who will miss her dearly are Danielle, Greg and Andrew, the children of Frank and Leslie Cesarz. They all adored Grace. She was also so proud of her two great-grandchildren, Alexis Grace Cesarz and Liv Mariella Stevenson. They brought her much happiness. She also leaves behind her sister, Margaret (Margy) Alphin and nephews, Steve and Randy Rice and Rich and Bob Guglielmetti all of whom she held dear in her heart. If you feel the desire to send flowers, please do, or donate to the American Cancer Society 1-800-227-2345 or www.cancer.org for further research in helping to find a cure for the disease of cancer. Grace's funeral will be held at the CHAPEL OF THE HIGHLANDS, 194 Millwood Drive at El Camino Real in Millbrae on Tuesday March 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM with a committal to follow at Skylawn Memorial Park, Hwy. 92 at Skyline Blvd. in San Mateo. Visitation will begin on Monday, March 29, 2010 at the CHAPEL OF THE HIGHLANDS from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. May my beloved wife who was so sweet and supremely supportive to those she loved find peace in eternity. We will miss her from the depths of our heart and soul. Grace, thank you for the years of love and devotion, your partner in marriage, "Scacc". Chapel of the Highlands (650) 588-5116 chapelofthehighlands.com.
