Mrs. Anastasia R. Vaske, 84, of New Vienna, died Saturday, Oct. 26, 1991, at Oak Crest Manor, Dyersville.
Mrs. Vaske was a homemaker.
She was born on Feb. 24, 1904, in New Vienna, daughter of Bernard and Anna (Pasker) Hermsen. She married Edmund A. Vaske on Oct. 29, 1930, in New Vienna; he died in Nov. of 1970.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Floyd (Doris) Goedken of rural Earlville, and Mrs. Martin (Virgene) Bockenstedt of Dyersville; three sons, Ralph and Marvin Vaske of Garnavillo and Charles D. Vaske of New Vienna; 23 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Leonard Hermsen of Dyersville.
