Paul Wilson Jones Sr., 85, died Nov. 23, 1987, in Klamath Falls.
Mr. Jones was born in Ashland to Charles and Rebecca Jones. He married Edna Gebhardt on March 16., 1928. Mr. Jones worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad as a switchman and was also the proprietor of an unfinished furniture store in Klamath Falls.
He was a member of the Eastern Star, Aloha Chapter, Masonic Lodge Klamath No. 77, Hillah Shrine Temple and Elks Lodge No. 1247. Mr. Jones loved fishing and traveling to Canada, Alaska and Mexico.
Mr. Jones is survived by his daughter, Carmen Lee Pierce, Eagle River, AK; son and daughter-in-law, Paul Jr. and Connie Jones, Klamath Falls; grandchildren, Jack Robbins, Denise Callahan and Catherine Robbins all of Anchorage, AK, Earl Pierce, Eagle River, Paul W. Jones III and his wife Debra, Lynwood, WA, and Brian Jones, Chicago, IL; great-grandchildren, Briana and Mackenzie Callhan, Anchoreage, Nick and Shane Robbins, Wenatchee, WA; sister, Virginia Benoist, Klamath Falls; nieces, Patty Altoman, Malin and Virginia Ehlings, Sacramento, CA; nephews, Elwood Hedberg, Portland; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
