Last Monday morning Miss Rosa Brackman, daughter of John Brackman and wife, died at home of her preants at this place of abcess of the brain, after an illness since last December. She had been up and about until a few months ago and for a time prior to her ddeath it seemed that her condition was improving, but a change came for the worse last week ands he peacefully passed away as noted above, aged 19 years, 6 months and 20 days. She was an estimable young woman and a member of the "St. Rosa young ladies sodality, who attended her funeral in a body. Funeral was held Wednesday morning from St. Joseph's church, Rev. Theo. Brackman officiating.
