Eleanor Hartman, 87, died at 11:13 a.m. Oct. 29, 1995, in St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was born May 20, 1908, in Lima, to Jacob Peter and Anna Mahler Laeufer. She married Cecil F. Hartman, who died Feb. 2, 1995.
Mrs. Hartman was co-owner of the former Hartman's Poultry and had been a clerk at Jones Market.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry D. Hartman of Pandora and Robert Ross Hartman of Rocky River; a daughter, Norma Lee (Harold) Cheney of Lima; a sister, Norma Laeufer of Lima; and eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will begin at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at First United Church of Christ, Lima. Burial of the cremated remains will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima.
Bayliff and Son Funeral Home, Cridersville, is handling arrangements.

Eleanor and Cecil were married May 10, 1927 in Wooster, Wayne Co., OH. Cecil "Uncle Red" was a brother to my mother; thus, they were my aunt and uncle.
