Mrs. Hattie Meininger, 78, Dies Mon.

Mrs. Hattie Meininger, 78, who had lived in Morgan County since a small child, died at the Fort Morgan Hospital Monday morning.

Mrs. Meininger was born Feb 25, 1904 in Frank, Russia. On Feb 13, 1923, she was married to Adam Meininger in Fort Morgan. They farmed most of their lives in Morgan County. They had retired three weeks ago and moved into Hillcrest.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Meininger is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ellen Ott of Grand Junction and Mrs. Louise Schilling of Loveland; two sons, Harvey of Wray and Raymond of Grand Junction; three sisters: Mrs. Katherine Pope of Greeley, Mrs. Mollie Zimbelman of Brighton and Mrs. Anna Rains of Frederick; two brothers, Henry Trupp Jr. of Greeley and Fred Trupp of Keenesburg. There are 13 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. from the Christ Congregational Church with Rev. Arthur Orth officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. Jolliffe Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements. Friends who wish may make memorial gifts to the church
