Rehn: ( b. Jun 23, 1908, d. Jun 8, 1997) Reuben Rehn died June 8, 1997 at the Life Care Center in Ritzville, WA. He was born June 23, 1908 at Schoonover, the son of Conrad and Marie Katherine (Hardung) Rehn. He attended country schools through the seventh grade. When his father died in 1924, he quit school and began working at home and on the family farm, and continued farming with his brothers and sisters until 1931, when his mother died. He then farmed alone on the family farm southwest of Odessa. On Feb 28, 1934, he married Pauline M Lesser. They moved to Ritzville in 1948. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Conrad, Carl, Henry, Fred and Alex and by 3 sisters: Bertha Urback, Henrietta Breitgham and Gertrude Luiten. He was survived by his wife, Pauline ‘Polly' at the home, a daughter, Mrs Joyce Geschke, 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
