Frank Poser was born in Homestead township on September 11, 1891 and he was the son of Mrs. August Poser and the late Mr. August Poser whose death occurred earlier this fall. On July 6, 1920 he was married to Miss Louise Frost and they were the parents of three children, Alfred and Eugene, both serving in the Merchant Marines and Arlene at home.
Mourning his death besides his wife and children are his aged mother, five sisters, Mrs. Agnes Wendt and Mrs. Martha Wendt in Canada, Mrs. Nels Shield here, Mrs. Minnie Gaenzle in Minneapolis and Lizzie at home and two brothers, Arno here and Walter in California, besides many more relatives and a host of friends are grieved to hear of his passing.
Final rites will be conducted on Friday afternoon at 1:30 at the Congregational Church with Rev. T. Meckel officiating. A brief service will be held at the home at 12:30. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of the Kampsula Funeral Home.
