Services for Ruth L. Reiter, 73, Henderson, who died Thursday June 25, 1992, at the Arlington Municipal Hospital, were held Monday June 29, 1992 at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Henderson, the Rev. Judith Hambleton officiated.
Mrs. Reiter was born August 8, 1918, to Albert J. and Louisa (Apitz) Wigand in Henderson Township Sibley County. She graduated from Henderson High School in 1936, and married Alvin E. Reiter November 16, 1938, They farmed in Henderson Township all their married life. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Henderson.
Mrs. Reiter is survived by a son Robert and his wife Carol Reiter of Henderson; a daughter and her husband Ruth Ann and Wilbert Buck of Arlington; a brother and his wife, Sylvester and Doris Wigand of Henderson; five grandchildren; Jody Reiter, Janet Reiter, David and his wife Michelle and great granddaughter Lindsay, Daniel Buck and Darrin Buck. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1989, and two infant brothers.
