"Mrs. John (Amalie) M. Frederick, 90, of Rt. 3, Shawano, Town of Belle Plaine, died on Tuesday at her home. She had been in ill health for the past three weeks.
She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gustav Zingler, born on March 26, 1891 in the Town of Grant, Shawano County. She moved with her parents as an infant to the Town of Belle Plaine. She was married on June 8, 1916 to John Frederick who died on Oct. 9, 1968. She lived on the Frederick Homestead all of her married life. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Stoney Hill.
Survivors include one daughter, Dorothy, one son, Arthur, both of Rt. 3, Shawano and one sister, Mrs. Frieda Degener of Rt. 3, Shawano. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Services will be on Friday at 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Stoney Hill, with Rev. Eugene Vetter officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the Born Funeral Home, Shawano, on Thurs. from 6 to 9 p.m. and after 11 a.m. on Friday at the church till the time of the services."
