Patrick R. Simon, age 57, of Eau Claire passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2003, at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, Wis. He was born on March 28, 1946, in Kenosha, to Roman and Clara Simon. He attended UW-Oshkosh and UW-Eau Claire and later became a teacher. He married Pamela MacMillan in Wauwatosa on July 13, 1968. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela; children, Jennifer, Joshua, Julie, Jeremy, Jill and Jared; grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
A funeral service for Patrick will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2003, at Prock Funeral Home Chapel with Father George Stamm officiating. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Kaukauna, Wis., at a later date.
Friends may call two hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorials to the family are preferred.
