Funeral services were conducted Thursday at the Rogan Mortuary Chapel for Frederick Thomas Walters, 73.
The Rev. O.C. Morgan of the Methodist Church conducted the rites and burial was in the veteran's plot in Mountain View Cemetery. He was a World War I veteran.
Mr. Walters died Sunday, Dec. 8, at his home at No. 6. He was a native of Rock Springs and spent his entire life here.
Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Kelly of Murray, Utah and several nieces and nephews.
