Funetal services were held Sunday, April 24, at 2 p.m. from the Seydler-Hill Funeral Hone for Mrs. Mary Daniels who died April 22 at 12:10 p.m. in the local hospital. The Rev. Clyde Poldrack and the Rev. Glen Starr officiated at the rites with burial in Gonzales Memorial Park.
Mrs. Daniels was born March 18, 1899, in Gonzales, the daughter of Ed R. and Elizabeth Semmler. She was married to William Daniels on January 1, 1915, and he preceded her in death on February 9, 1953. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
