MUSCATINE, IOWA - Violet D. Weber, 87, of 609 Hope Avenue, passed away Friday, April 14, 2000, At Unity Hospital.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2000, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. The Rev. Bruce Martin of the Calvary Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation for Mrs. Weber will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.

Mrs. Weber was born February 19, 1913, in Muscatine, the daughter of Edward A. and Helen Kiesewetter Bohling.

She was united in marriage to Edward W. Weber Sr on September 27, 1931, in Chicago, Illinois.

She had worked at the Weber Button Co. at different times in her life.

She is survived by two sons, Edward W. Weber Jr. of Muscatine, and Warren W. Weber of Muscatine; two daughters, June Marshek of Muscatine and Pam Schenkel of Muscatine; 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter; one brother, Marvin Bohling of Davenport; and two sisters, Mildred Figg of Muscatine, and Louise Holliday of Muscatine.

She was preceded by her parents; her husband Edward in 1963; three brothers; and an infant sister.
