George Joerger Died In Pekin Where Funeral Services Are Held

Dr. and Mrs. A.W. Kettelhut and son Arthur, Mrs. Maude Ioerger, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Ioerger, of Minonk, and Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Seggerman of near Toluca, were in Pekin Saturday afternoon to attend the funeral of George A. Joerger. He was born sixty years ago on a farm near this city but a number of years ago his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Joerger, moved to Pekin. He was married to Mrs. Florence Seggerman-Ioerger of Minonk 26 years ago, who with three children, Ralda Joerger, a WAVE and Ralph and Glen at home survive. Also surviving are his aged mother and a brother, Clarence, both of Pekin. The funeral was held at the Abts funeral home in Pekin with burial in the Pekin cemetery.
Mr. Joerger followed railroading most of his life.
