Funeral service will
be at 1 p.m. Saturday,
Feb. 18, at Zion Lutheran
Church in Auburn with the
Rev. Erland Asmus officiating.
Burial, with military honors
by the Auburn American
Legion will be in Oaklawn
Cemetery.
Visitation starts at noon
Saturday at the church.
Lampe Funeral Home of
Lake City is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Pfannkuch served in
the Navy aboard the U.S.S.
Shangri-La during the Vietnam
War. He loved and owned
sports and muscle cars.
Survivors include two children:
Becky Pfannkuch and
Duane Pfannkuch Jr.; two
grandchildren: Alexus and
Jacob Pfannkuch; a brother,
Darrell Pfannkuch, and his
wife, Suellen; a sister, Darlene
Van Meter, and her husband,
Rick; and several nieces, nephews,
great-nieces, great-nephews
and cousins.
