John Cosgrove and Lydia were married on June 11, 1933 at Sidney, MT. They farmed at Zero, MT until his death in May of 1959. Lydia then moved to Billings. Emil A Krausz and Lydia were united in marriage on August 5, 1961 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Miles City. They remained in Miles City where Lydia sold Tupperware and Avon products for several years.
She loved to camp, fishing, and the outdoors. She enjoyed needle work, crocheting, and most of all her family and grandchildren. Lydia was a member of Good Sams Club and Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Lydia Krausz, age 80, passed away February 25, 1997 at the Holy Rosary Health Care Center in Miles City. She was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, Mary Krausz in 1995 and Kay Bressan in 1996, three brothers and two sisters.
Her survivors include her husband; brother, Wilmer Reisig of Hardin; two sisters, Joan Bryant of Fairfield and Helen Kerner of Billings; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her son-in-law Morris Krausz of Miles City.
